Working agreement

Please read the terms below. It keeps things clear and fair for both of us.

Shariah-compliant contentAll content I create is free of music and female models, with no exceptions.
Final video onlyI deliver the edited video. Raw footage is not provided.
No editing or alterationsOnly the final video I deliver may be used, exactly as delivered. You may not edit, re-cut, remix or otherwise alter it, or have anyone else do so.
Turnaround timeThe delivery date is agreed per project and can vary with the complexity of the work. The delivery period starts only once I have received all the requirements and materials from you.
Honest promotionI test every product or service myself and only promote what I find authentic. I may decline a project that doesn't meet this standard.
50% advanceA 50% advance is required before I start any project. The remaining balance is due on delivery.
Payments are non-refundableOnce a payment is made, it cannot be refunded.
No product returnsProducts sent for a shoot are not returned. For a very high-value product, a return may be arranged case by case. It must be agreed with me in writing before the shoot, and return shipping is your responsibility.
